A Holistic Approach to Your Health
Therapeutic bodywork is most powerful when integrated with complementary healing modalities. Jessica’s practice offers:

-
Acupuncture – Regulating energy flow and reducing inflammation
-
Chinese Herbal Medicine – Supporting healing from the inside out
-
Therapeutic Bodywork – Massage, cupping, and gua sha to enhance circulation and release tension
Together, these ancient healing traditions and modern wellness practices create a holistic approach to health that nurtures both body and mind.
What to Expect
Your session begins with a thorough assessment of your concerns, movement patterns, and treatment goals. Jessica takes time to understand your body’s unique story—past injuries, areas of chronic tension, and how your daily activities affect your musculoskeletal health.
Each treatment is customized to address your specific needs, whether that’s deep therapeutic work on problem areas, gentle relaxation, or a combination of modalities for comprehensive healing.
