Jessica Glass MSAOM L.Ac., LMT
I grew up in an alternative lifestyle, and it shaped how I think about healing — I've always been drawn to approaches that work with the body instead of just masking symptoms. My journey started 10 years ago, where I became a licnesed massage therapist in Bayside, New York. Through this program, I trained with physical therapist and chiroprators to learn extensive kinesiology, myology, orthopedic assessments and manual tecnhinques to help the body heal from massage therapy, in which I spend the next 10 years working in sports recovery and chronic pain in New York and Texas. My drive to learn more eventually lead me down the path Chinese Medicine, where I spent 4 years studying acupuncture and Oriental medicine throught the masters program at Texas Health and Science University.
As an athlete myself, I understand what it means to push your body hard and need it to hold up. My focus is chronic pain and sports recovery — helping people get back to training, back to work, or just back to moving without pain. But acupuncture isn't just for pain and injury; I work with the full range of what it can treat, from stress and sleep to digestion and overall nervous system regulation, so you're getting whole-body care, not just a quick fix for one area.
I use acupuncture to calm an overworked nervous system and address issues at their source, herbal medicine to support recovery and health from the inside out, and therapeutic bodywork — including cupping and gua sha — to relieve tension and improve circulation.
Whether you're recovering from an injury, managing chronic pain, dealing with stress or sleep issues, or just feeling the toll of sitting at a desk all day, I combine acupuncture, herbal medicine, and hands-on bodywork to help your body actually heal, not just feel better temporarily.

mission
I grew up in an alternative lifestyle, and it led me to alternative medicine, it's just how I've always seen the world. I believe healing doesn't always have to mean a pill or a surgery; there are other paths to feeling better, and my mission is to offer people that option. Through acupuncture, herbal medicine, and hands-on bodywork, I help people manage pain, recover from injury, and support their body's own ability to heal.
I also work with a wide range of symptoms that people often assume they just have to live with, autoimmune conditions, insomnia, fertility challenges, digestive issues, headaches, and more. Many people don't realize acupuncture and Chinese medicine can offer real support here, not just for pain and injury. Whether you're an athlete pushing your limits or someone dealing with something you've been told has no other options, I want you to know there's another way to care for your body, and I'm here to help you find it.
